How do I book my portal?

Choose your extras and create your account. You then go directly to billing, enter your billing details and complete checkout.

Is the configurator API a separate add-on?

Yes. The in-portal configurator and the API for your own website are separate add-ons. You can select either or both.

Is there a minimum term?

There is no fixed minimum term for TuningPortal. Cancel the monthly subscription in your billing area at the end of the current period. Separately purchased TuningFiles plans have their own terms.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

Email us within 30 days of your first paid TuningPortal booking. We will refund the first portal payment including add-ons booked with it. Separately purchased third-party services are excluded. See the terms for details.

Are TuningFiles packages included?

No. Purchase your provider package directly from TuningFiles and connect it to the portal. The provider determines its terms, credits and upgrade options.

All vehicle types are included. Once your plan allowance is used up, you can buy additional credits in the TuningFiles shop at the rate for your plan: Standard €12, Advanced €9, Professional €6 per credit. TuningPortal does not automatically charge for these credits.

Need more capacity? Additional credits can be purchased in the shop. Plan changes and renewals are subject to the terms offered in your TuningFiles account.
